Refund Policy - Instore and Online
All products come with 12 months of manufacturer’s warranty.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase, so please choose carefully. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.
Goods specially ordered in our custom-made range are non-returnable.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy as soon as possible.

Please note, exchanges or returns are only available where the product is returned in a like new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damage, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
- We endeavor to deliver all our furniture to our customers in good condition. To achieve this, we have requested from our suppliers, that the packaging used is of a certain standard to ensure the products arrive safely. We are constantly seeking better ways to improve. If your order has arrived damaged, you have the right to contact us ASAP so as we can rectify the issue as fast as we can.
- If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please email us or call 0800 888 477 or 09 266 7640 immediately and we will organize for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible at no extra cost. Whilst we will endeavor to replace the item as soon as possible, occasionally delivery times for incorrectly shipped items may be adversely affected by stock availability.

- The warranty does not include the damage, worn, color change, fade and mold on upholstery, stitch, fabric, leather, vinyl and veneer. We fully comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’) so please be confident with your consumer rights and our responsibilities.
