Goods specially ordered in our custom-made range are non-returnable.

If your order has arrived damaged, you have the right to contact us ASAP so as we can rectify the issue as fast as we can.

The warranty does not include the damage, worn, color change, fade and mold on upholstery, stitch, fabric, leather, vinyl and veneer. We fully comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’) so please be confident with your consumer rights and our responsibilities.
