Auckland Region Delivery:

Home Planet offers free delivery within Auckland region**.

Normally the stock is in our warehouse. The earliest delivery date varies due to our workload and fleet arrangement. In majority of the deliveries, the stock is dispatched in 48 hours after confirmation from the store department.

Rest of New Zealand Delivery:

If the stock is on hand we can deliver asap. Otherwise, from our Auckland Warehouse, we can/or use third-party shippers to send orders from Auckland, directly to the customer. The time-frame for this totally depends upon the availability of the stock as well as the availability of the third-party shippers.

Furthermore, it takes 1 to 3 working days for the goods which are sent out via couriers, after the order is picked up from our warehouse.

If the goods are sent through freight companies, e.g. Mainfreight, they are very fast to most cities. For other North Island areas it takes about 3 days to a week, and may be up to two weeks for small towns in the South Island.

Shipping Charges:

Deliveries inside Auckland areas are normally free for the sales made on finance. For other orders like WINZ, the charges vary between $30-$100.

Out of Auckland areas, we use third party shipping companies. We calculate detailed shipping cost by the following factors:

-Where. Very detailed address please.
-What. Product name.
-How many.

So once the order placed, we work out the accurate shipping cost and update the order.
